• Here's a screen shot of my laptop's desktop. Usually I take a pretty minimalist approach to my desktop, preferring speed and simplicity to superfluous cruft, but I got carried away one day and this is the result. On the off chance you're wondering, the window manager is fluxbox v0.1.14 using the Kharisma theme and Trinity 2002 from Digital Blasphemy as a background image. The applications listed clockwise from left are: xmms, an MP3 / OGG audio player; GAIM, an open source AIM / ICQ / MSN instant messenger; gkrellm, a system monitor; and xine, a DVD / VCD / AVI / MPEG / MOV etc video player.
